Close All Windows & Doors
Double-check that all windows, doors, and garage doors are securely closed to prevent water intrusion.

Clear Outdoor Areas
Remove all personal items from decks, balconies, porches, and driveways—this includes outdoor rugs, toys, grills, potted plants, flags, wall decor, etc.

Unplug and Secure Electrical Items
Unplug all outdoor electrical devices (extension cords, heaters, fans, lights), and securely cover any exposed outlets or fixtures. If possible, shut off power to exterior outlets from your breaker panel.

Keep Pets Indoors
For everyone’s safety, please keep pets and children indoors for the duration of the service.

Clear Driveway and Access Areas
Allow for clear access with at least three vehicle lengths of space along the curbside in front of your home. This ensures room for equipment and safe crew movement.

Remove Window Screens (if applicable)
For window cleaning services, please remove all window screens unless otherwise arranged. This helps us provide a streak-free finish.(additional fees may apply)

Remove Outdoor Furniture Cushions​

Take cushions off any outdoor furniture and bring them indoors or store them in a dry, covered area.

Clear Pet Waste from Lawn​
Please pick up all pet waste from around the property, especially in service areas. This ensures safety for our technicians and cleanliness of your space.

Trim Vegetation if Overgrown
If possible, trim back any overgrown bushes, trees, or vines that block access to siding, gutters, or windows.​

Notify Us of Any Sensitive Areas
Let us know about any areas of concern—such as damaged siding, leaky windows, or vulnerable landscaping—so we can take extra precautions.
